venture "Varyeganneft" oil company in Nizhnevartovsk started
their modern management accounting course studies according to a contract
between Corporation Centre Business School, Moscow, and Uppsala

their modern management accounting course studies according to a
contract between Corporation Centre Business School, Moscow,
and Uppsala University in Sweden.
- February 2000: Another twenty managers at the
"Udmurtneft" oil company in Izhevsk started the course
based on the DidaktEkon material. The course arrangement is a
collaboration between Corporation Centre Business School, Moscow,
and Uppsala University in Sweden.

- September 1998: Twenty managers at an oil company in
Raduzhny named "Varyeganneft" studied the course according
to a contract between Corporation Centre Business School, Moscow, and
Uppsala University in Sweden.
- May 1998: St. Petersburg State University of Economics
and Finance used the material for 12 managers in the bakery
industry in a course organized in co-operation with the state
bread institute "Khleb".
- January 1998: Another 40 managers in the Raduzhny oil
company "Varyeganneftegaz" attended the course according
to a contract with Corporation Centre Business School, Moscow.

- November 1997: Forty managers in the oil company
"Saratovneftegaz" in Saratov studied the course
during the winter 1997/98. The contract was signed with Corporation
Centre Business School, Moscow.
- The courses for military officers at the "Perspektiva"
institute in St. Petersburg continued with two courses in 1997/98.
Russian teachers lectured and Uppsala University was only resonsible
for examinations.
- August 1997: Twenty managers in the oil company
"Varyeganneftegaz" in Raduzhny started the course in
October according to a contract with Corporation Centre. Since 1996,
the Corporation Centre Business School is in charge of all management
education within the Sidanko oil group (the fourth largest oil holding
company in Russia).
- May 1997: A course for Russian managers in Swedish companies
(Volvo, Ericsson, Tetra Pak, Alfa Laval and Baltic Beverages Holding)
started in Moscow with 18 participants. The course was fully organized
by the Department of Business Studies, Uppsala University.
- February 1997: The course was given a third time in a
retraining programme for 60 former military officers at the
"Perspektiva" institute in St. Petersburg. The Swedish
course was financed by SIDA.
- January 1997: Another 20 managers at subcontractor companies
to the "Chernogorneft" oil company started the course organized
by Corporation Centre Business School.

- A contract was signed by the Department of Business Studies, Uppsala
University, and the Corporation Centre Business School in Moscow for a course
for 20 managers at the "Chernogorneft" oil company in Nizhnyvartovsk.
The course started in December and final examinations were organized in
May 1997.
- The Umeå School of Business and Economics organized a new course
for some 60 students at Petrozavodsk State University in Russian Karelia
and its branch in the town of Apatity on the Kola Peninsula. This
collaboration was funded by the Swedish Institute.
- October 1996: Our course is given a second time in the retraining
programme for 60 former military officers at the "Perspektiva"
institute in St. Petersburg. The course was financed by SIDA.
- June 1996: A course for ten academic teachers from St. Petersburg
was held at the Department of Business Studies in Uppsala.
- February 1996: A course was started for 30 students at the St. Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance.

programme for 60 former military officers at the "Perspektiva"
institute in St. Petersburg. The course is financed by the Swedish aid
organization SIDA.
- September 1995: Another 20 managers at the
"Chernogorneft" oil company started a course organized
by the Corporation Centre Business School in Moscow.
- The course material was used by The Umeå School of Business
and Economics, Umeå University, in their course for some 60
students at Petrozavodsk State University in Russian Karelia and its
branch in the town of Apatity on the Kola Peninsula.
- The courses organized by the Dept. of Business Studies at Uppsala
University for students at the St. Petersburg University of Economics
and Finance continued with 30 students in the autumn of 1995 and with
another 30 students in spring of 1996. The collaboration between
Russian establishments and the universities in Umeå and Uppsala
University was funded by the Swedish Institute.
- April 1995: Contracts were signed by the Department of Business
Studies and DidaktEkon AB with Corporation Centre Business School in Moscow
for courses for 60 managers (top level and middle management) at the
"Chernogorneft" oil company in Siberian town Nizhnyvartovsk.
- April 1995: A course for 30 students started at the St.
Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance with financial
support from the Swedish Institute.

- November 1994: The second course for Baltic Beverages Holding
started at the brewery in Lithuania.
- October 1994: Volvo started to use the course material for
Russian employees at the company offices in Moscow and St. Petersburg.
- September 1994: Two more courses for the Swedish Institute and
BITS with 84 students and 60 military officers started at the St. Petersburg
State University of Economics and Finance (SPbUEF). In connection with these
courses there was also a training programme for eight teachers at SPbUEF.
- January 1994: With financial support from the Swedish Institute
and BITS the Department of Business Studies at Uppsala University started
two courses for 60 students and 60 military officers at St. Petersburg
State University of Economics and Finance.

- October 1993: The first course for managers started (top level
and middle management, in total 30 people) at the Baltic Beverages Holding
breweries in Estonia and Latvia. (The breweries are owned by Pripps-Ringnes,
Sweden-Norway, and Hartwall, Finland.)

- January 1992: The DidaktEkon company was registered, the
project to produce a modern management accounting course material in
Russian was sponsored in the spring of 1992 by Pripps and Tetra Laval
(support to DidaktEkon) and, in the autumn of 1992, by the Swedish
Institute (support to the Department of Business Studies, Uppsala
University).
